Hmmm... najlatwiejszy zsposob aby sprawdzic czy to jest server PL to wejsc na jego strone... od razu widac w jakim jest jezyku... a co do godzin dzialania to na niektorych servach powinno to byc opisane gdzies na stronie, albo poprostu nie zostalo to okreslone... ale wiekszosc z tych servow jest 24/7, tak mi sie wydaje bo gralem na wiekszosci z nich...
